- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate resilience) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Present compelling future narratives to stakeholders through executive briefings and thought leadership
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database with predictive analytics
- Mentor junior futurists and drive foresight literacy across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Proven track record of influencing high-stakes strategic decisions
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, books, keynotes)
