Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology trend forecasts using horizon scanning and Delphi methodologies
- Design and lead cross-functional innovation workshops for 50+ stakeholders
- Produce strategic foresight reports and scenario planning frameworks
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions
- Present findings to executive leadership and external partners
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry disruptors
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in tech disruption forecasting (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Experience leading high-stakes strategy workshops with Fortune 500 clients
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio of 3+ innovation strategy implementations
