- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs and foster a culture of experimentation
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory impacts on future business landscapes
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Executive presence with successful track record influencing C-suite decisions
- Published author or recognized thought leader in futurism/innovation spaces
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, technology roadmapping)
