Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and forecast market impacts through 2030
- Develop innovation roadmaps integrating blockchain, IoT, and AR/VR capabilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and investors
- Build and maintain expert networks across Silicon Valley and global innovation hubs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research on emerging tech or innovation frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum AI, neurotech)
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to market
- Strong network with VCs, academic institutions, and Fortune 500 innovation labs
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments
