Responsibilities
- Develop and implement multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026+ technological and societal trends

- Design scenario planning frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Drive R&D partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Present strategic foresight to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and lead a high-performing futurist research team
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote speeches
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling skills
- Experience leading cross-functional global teams
- Published author or frequent conference speaker on future trends
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on strategic initiatives
