Responsibilities
- Develop strategic foresight models predicting tech adoption curves through 2026
- Lead client workshops mapping emerging technologies to business transformation
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable innovation roadmaps
- Manage $5M+ R&D portfolios for experimental tech incubation
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI/autonomous systems deployment
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and global innovation forums
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on quantum computing or AI governance
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFS) or equivalent
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (Biotech, AGI, etc.)
