Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to identify high-impact innovation opportunities for 2026
- Design and execute strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype concepts for next-gen solutions
- Present future insights to executive leadership and board members quarterly
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, think tanks, and industry disruptors
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to market validation stages
- Develop KPIs to measure the ROI of future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic roadmapping frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects delivered at scale
