You'll collaborate with C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies while publishing thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals.
Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping quantum-resistant systems and neuro-interfaces
- Produce trend reports on climate-tech convergence and ethical AI governance
- Design immersive foresight workshops for executive teams using metaverse environments
- Advolve 3D-printed biomaterials and synthetic biology applications in product roadmaps
- Partner with academic institutions to publish research on post-human economic models
- Represent the company at Davos and Singularity Summit conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis for at least two Fortune 500 transformations
- Expertise in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE, AI-driven trend platforms)
- Published author in futures journals or technology innovation whitepapers
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and predictive modeling
- Experience with blockchain, quantum computing, or neurotech ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Research or Strategic Foresight (e.g., APF, WFS)
