Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market trends through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Present executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and industry trend reports
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, biotech, or quantum systems
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills with C-suite experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Technique)
