- Design and facilitate executive workshops that translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Author high-impact trend reports and thought leadership publications for industry dissemination
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, scientists, and innovation practitioners
- Integrate foresight methodologies into product development cycles and corporate planning
- Mentor junior strategists and foster cross-functional collaboration between R&D and business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences (executives to technical teams)
- Published thought leadership in futures research or innovation strategy
- Experience with AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-focused initiatives
