Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact future intelligence reports for executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and emerging tech pioneers
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers while championing ethical innovation principles
- Present visionary insights at global conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented organizational strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into compelling narratives
- Experience leading high-stakes stakeholder engagements across global markets
- Published thought leadership in reputable futures or innovation publications
