- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Present visionary roadmaps to stakeholders, translating complex futures into executable strategies
- Mentor junior futurists while fostering an environment of intellectual curiosity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing multi-year future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Strong data modeling skills with proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (required portfolio)
