Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite stakeholders and innovation labs
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, government bodies, and industry disruptors
- Present compelling future narratives through executive reports, interactive workshops, and immersive simulations
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) in enterprise ecosystems
- Mentor junior futurists and establish Horizon Dynamics as a thought leadership platform
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercialized solutions
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, Web3, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies background
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major future scenario projects with measurable impact
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, System Dynamics Modeling)
