Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks focused on 2026 technology and societal trends
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to identify disruptive opportunities
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for board-level decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions in quantum computing and biotech
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists through the Horizon Leadership Development Program
- Represent the company at Davos-level forums on future ethics and governance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of translating complex trends into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI ethics, climate tech, neurotech, or quantum computing
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with Delphi methodology and horizon scanning frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from the School of International Futures)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
