Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for future market disruptions
- Author quarterly trend reports on AI, biotech, and quantum computing convergence
- Design and execute horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging opportunities
- Present future outlooks to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced analytical methodologies
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Proficiency with predictive analytics tools (Python, R, Tableau)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and boards
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementation
