Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 10-year strategic foresight frameworks for emerging technology sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops identifying disruptive trends affecting 2026+ market landscapes
- Produce high-impact scenario analyses and white papers on future societal and business paradigms
- Advise C-suite executives on risk mitigation strategies for technological disruption
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry innovators
- Oversee development of predictive models using machine learning and big data analytics
- Represent company at international forums on future-focused policy and innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of publishing influential foresight research or scenario planning
- Expertise in technology convergence, exponential trends, and systemic change modeling
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Strong programming background in Python/R for trend analysis and predictive modeling
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, etc.)
