Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary research initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends driving 2026+ transformations
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Author high-impact foresight publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Design and implement AI-driven trend-forecasting models using proprietary data platforms
- Facilitate executive workshops to align leadership on future-state strategies and risk mitigation
- Build and manage a network of futurist experts, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related quantitative field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of publishing influential future-oriented research or methodologies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and weak signal detection
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) or equivalent experience
