Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic models for C-suite decision-making
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Author quarterly trend reports published in industry-leading journals
- Oversee the 2026 Vision Lab's research fellowship program
- Integrate foresight methodologies into product development lifecycles
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed trend analyses
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience with emerging tech (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex insights
- Portfolio of published future scenario frameworks
