Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision framework through scenario modeling and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and synthetic biology
- Deliver strategic foresight reports for C-suite executives and board members
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through compelling innovation proposals
- Establish partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and other future-focused institutions
- Represent the company at Davos, Web Summit, and global technology forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or innovation forecasting
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough achievements)
- Published author in Future Studies Quarterly or similar peer-reviewed journal
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful exits)
- Expertise in systems thinking, complex adaptive systems, and exponential technologies
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and scenario planning tools
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
