Responsibilities

- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership pieces published in top-tier journals
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops with Fortune 500 partners on future-proofing their organizations
- Build and maintain an AI-powered trend-forecasting platform using proprietary datasets
- Mentor junior futurists and lead cross-functional innovation sprints
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of forecasting major technological or societal shifts (e.g., AI adoption, climate tech)
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and systems dynamics modeling
- Publish record in peer-reviewed futures journals or industry publications
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, climate engineering
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations with measurable impact
