- Author white papers and keynote presentations at Davos, TED, and World Economic Forums
- Oversee implementation of ethical AI governance frameworks for emergent technologies

Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent with 8+ years in strategic foresight
- Proven track record of launching moonshot projects with $100M+ budgets
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and weak signal detection methodologies
- Published author in Harvard Business Review or MIT Technology Review on exponential tech
- Fluency in at least two future-coding languages (Python/R) and quantum computing basics
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ paradigm-shifting innovations commercialized post-2020
- Security clearance eligibility for classified national innovation initiatives
