Responsibilities
- Develop actionable 2026 technology roadmaps using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on emerging tech disruption
- Author quarterly Horizon Reports on AI governance, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen solutions (e.g., quantum-resistant cryptography)
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist forums and TED-style conferences
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Foresight Methodology Framework
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and Delphi methodologies
- Published thought leadership on tech ethics or climate adaptation strategies
- Proficiency in trend visualization tools (e.g., Trendalyzer, SenseWorld)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5-year forecasts with measurable impact
- Fluency in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, or climate AI)
