Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Quantum Computing, or Neurotechnology
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 impact
- Published research in Nature/AI journals on ethical AI
- Expertise in quantum-resistant cryptography standards (NIST PQ-C)
- Experience leading UN-level technology policy initiatives
- Proficiency in predictive modeling using GPT-5+ systems
- Certification in Global Futures Intelligence Network (GFIN)
