Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future trends into product roadmaps
- Produce quarterly trend reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Architect scenario-planning models for disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces)
- Represent Horizon at Davos, TED, and exclusive industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists while pioneering next-generation foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or future-focused consulting
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (e.g., Future Studies, TechHorizons)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Proven track record of influencing multi-billion dollar corporate strategy
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
