Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal trends, and global megatrends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to guide executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate breakthrough products aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Author high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for stakeholders
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through strategic transformation initiatives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation publications
