Responsibilities
- Define and execute the **2026 Technology Roadmap** aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Scout and evaluate emerging tech trends (AI, Blockchain, IoT, Quantum) for strategic adoption.
- Lead cross-functional teams in R&D projects aimed at future-proofing our infrastructure.
- Communicate complex technical visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for early-stage innovation.
- Mentor junior strategists and engineering leads on technical foresight.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, R&D, or Product Management.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing landscapes.
- Proven track record of leading high-level strategic initiatives and managing large budgets.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
