Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Design: Architect and oversee the development of scalable AI and quantum-ready systems designed for the 2026 landscape.
- Technology Integration: Integrate next-gen APIs and machine learning frameworks into core enterprise infrastructure.
- System Optimization: Drive performance improvements in latency, throughput, and energy efficiency for large-scale distributed systems.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct research on emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Generative AI) and prototype viable solutions.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest standards of data security and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML infrastructure or quantum computing environments.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with a focus on serverless and containerized architectures.
- AI Proficiency: Strong understanding of deep learning models, neural networks, and their deployment strategies.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects from conception to delivery.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect or Google Professional Cloud Architect certification is a plus.
