Responsibilities
- Architect the Vision: Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap specifically tailored for the 2026 era, focusing on AI integration and quantum readiness.
- Innovation Leadership: Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing next-generation software solutions, including Generative AI and autonomous systems.
- System Design: Design robust, scalable cloud-native architectures that can withstand the demands of a hyper-connected future.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with executive stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into marketable, viable products and technical standards.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities in emerging technologies before they impact production.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field; PhD is a plus.
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Proven track record of integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics into enterprise solutions.
- Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term architectural vision.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
