Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance computing systems capable of handling next-generation AI workloads.
- Lead Strategic Innovation: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, Edge AI) and integrate them into our core infrastructure roadmap.
- Cloud & Hybrid Solutions: Engineer robust cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP) with a focus on security, resilience, and zero-trust protocols.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of mid-to-senior engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Diagnose and resolve complex system bottlenecks to ensure 99.99% uptime and latency efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior capacity.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, Rust, or Java; deep understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines and their impact on system architecture.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Google Cloud Professional Architect, or equivalent.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong leadership presence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
