Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, and cloud services).
- Immediate Impact: Take ownership of key features from conception to deployment, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and implement technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks, optimize application performance, and ensure security best practices are followed.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development.
- Technologies: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React (Frontend) and Node.js/Python (Backend).
- Database: Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and API design (REST/GraphQL).
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
