Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Lead architectural decisions and drive the implementation of best practices for code quality and security.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical code reviews to foster team growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define features and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including deployment and maintenance.
- Identify technical risks and propose innovative solutions to overcome complex challenges.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
