Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using modern frameworks.
- Code Optimization: Review code, conduct technical debt audits, and optimize application performance for speed and SEO.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with UX/UI designers and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Testing & QA: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure 100% code coverage and stability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of excellence.
- Technical Strategy: Contribute to architectural decisions and technology stack improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Frontend: Expert proficiency in React or Angular, including state management.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js or Python, and RESTful API design.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud services (AWS or Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
