The Role
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will take ownership of our core products, bridging the gap between design and implementation. You will write clean, maintainable code and mentor junior developers to ensure our engineering standards remain the gold standard.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust full-stack web applications using React, Node.js, and AWS.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security to handle high traffic loads.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to the technical architecture of the platform.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical certification.
