Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Strong experience with React.js and Node.js ecosystem.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
