Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features with a focus on performance and usability.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and maintain high code quality standards.
- Optimize existing applications for speed and scalability, ensuring zero downtime during peak traffic.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing innovative solutions to architectural challenges.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements to our tech stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience in Full Stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Deep experience with React.js or Vue.js for front-end development.
- Proficiency in Node.js, Express, or similar back-end technologies.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
