Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with a focus on best practices and security.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in real-time.
- Integrate third-party APIs and ensure seamless data flow across systems.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first culture.
