Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern architectural patterns.
- Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js to deliver high-quality software products.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
- Optimization: Continuously refactor and optimize existing codebases to improve performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality and stability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and provide technical leadership within the engineering squad.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Technologies: Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Tools: Strong experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS or Azure).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing project requirements.
