Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Maintain and optimize existing applications to ensure 99.9% uptime and performance.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Participate in the full Agile development lifecycle, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex bugs and implement robust fixes quickly.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ORM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
