Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable front-end and back-end solutions for our core SaaS platform.
- Development Lifecycle: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Product, QA) to define product requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring high availability and responsiveness of web applications.
- Code Quality: Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- API Integration: Design and manage RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services securely.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system stability.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Frontend Proficiency: Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Backend Proficiency: Solid understanding of server-side technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Databases: Experience working with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to debug complex issues under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
