Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and UX designers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and software design patterns.
- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL) and ORM tools like Sequelize or TypeORM.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
