Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable front-end and back-end solutions using modern frameworks and libraries.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and best practices.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks to improve application performance and reliability.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development and full-stack engineering.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and server-side technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to debug complex issues.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
