Responsibilities
- Perform on-site installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems, servers, and network hardware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for clients with a focus on rapid resolution.
- Provide exceptional customer service, acting as a primary point of contact for client inquiries.
- Document all service visits, repairs, and customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and tool inventory at all times.
- Conduct regular system audits and perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical experience.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record (Mesa, AZ based role).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic scripting (PowerShell/Batch).
- Experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP) and hardware troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in the field.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings.
