Responsibilities

- System Optimization: Debug and optimize complex algorithms running on hybrid classical-quantum hardware to ensure minimal latency and maximum throughput.
- Research & Development: Conduct cutting-edge research into emerging technologies relevant to Project 2026, publishing findings and contributing to open-source communities.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with data scientists, hardware specialists, and product managers to define technical roadmaps.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust encryption and security protocols to protect sensitive data processing pipelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or AI.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a specific focus on high-performance computing or distributed systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust; hands-on experience with quantum simulators (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex engineering challenges with innovative, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
