Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AWS/GCP infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for federal compliance (FedRAMP)
- Lead Kubernetes orchestration and containerization initiatives
- Implement robust monitoring and alerting solutions (Datadog/Prometheus)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues
- Document infrastructure architectures and operational procedures
- Mentor junior engineers on DevOps best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of DevOps experience with AWS/GCP
- Expert proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, and Docker
- Kubernetes administration (CKA preferred)
- Federal cloud compliance experience (FedRAMP/DoD)
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash)
- CI/CD pipeline mastery (Jenkins/GitLab CI)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Active US Security Clearance (or ability to obtain)
