Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into strategic business recommendations.
- Build and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes for data extraction.
- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting platforms.
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance data workflows.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R.
- Expert-level knowledge of visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a significant plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
