Responsibilities

- Develop automated reporting dashboards using Power BI and SQL
- Ensure compliance with federal data security protocols and privacy regulations
- Mentor junior analysts and optimize team data workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with federal government clients
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Power BI
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive classified datasets under NIST guidelines
- Strong experience with statistical modeling and predictive analytics
- Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting to senior stakeholders
