Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for 15-20 enterprise clients
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities and upsell/cross-sell solutions
- Lead quarterly business reviews with C-level stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to drive feature adoption and feedback
- Resolve escalations and ensure SLA compliance
- Analyze customer health metrics and implement retention strategies
- Mentor junior team members on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS customer success or account management
- Proven track record of exceeding retention/renewal targets
- Experience managing enterprise accounts ($50k+ ARR)
- Strong data analysis skills (CRM proficiency required)
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- SaaS industry experience strongly preferred
