Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, cost-optimized cloud architectures across AWS/Azure platforms
- Lead technical workshops with C-level stakeholders to define cloud transformation roadmaps
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Mentor 3+ cloud engineers on DevOps best practices and security compliance
- Conduct cost optimization analysis and capacity planning for multi-cloud environments
- Present technical blueprints to executive leadership with ROI impact metrics
- Drive innovation through pilot programs for emerging cloud technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in cloud architecture with 5+ years in AWS/Azure design
- Certified Solutions Architect (AWS/Azure) or equivalent
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions)
- Strong background in Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless architectures
- Proven experience migrating monolithic systems to cloud-native platforms
- Advanced knowledge of cloud security frameworks (CIS, NIST, PCI-DSS)
- Excellent presentation skills translating technical concepts to business leaders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
