Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AWS/GCP infrastructure solutions using Terraform and Kubernetes
- Lead cloud migration projects while maintaining 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Optimize cloud costs through architecture improvements and resource automation
- Develop CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure-as-code deployments
- Conduct security audits and implement compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC2)
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for cloud operations
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure with 3+ years in AWS/GCP
- Expertise in Terraform, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code principles
- Strong background in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI)
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional or equivalent
- Experience with monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Proven track record of optimizing cloud costs and performance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments
