Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and communicate the long-term technical vision for AI infrastructure, specifically aligning with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure architectures for large-scale machine learning models and deep learning systems.
- Technology Stack Management: Evaluate, select, and implement emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, edge computing) to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of model training pipelines and inference latency to ensure real-time performance.
- Mentorship: Lead a team of talented engineers and data scientists, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, Airflow).
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and make high-impact architectural decisions.
